To be eligible for our accommodations, you must meet one of these two conditions:
Have a guarantor who is French or has income in France.
Use a guarantee service provider (like SmartGarant or GarantMe for example).
Please note: The Visale guarantee is unfortunately not eligible for the Wellow model.
1 - French physical guarantor
The guarantor must meet one of the following conditions:
provide a payslip showing a minimum net monthly salary of €2,000, and be living in France
or
provide the previous year’s tax assessment showing at least €24,000, and be living in France
2 - If you use a private guarantor
You can use private guarantor providers such as GarantMe or SmartGarant.

The eligibility certificate is not yet your guarantee contract.
The eligibility certificate is required to move forward in the Wellow process. It must be uploaded in the questionnaire for applicants using a private guarantor.
