When booking a room with Wellow, three financial elements must be settled:
The security deposit
The entry fee
The first month’s rent (prorated)
These payments are divided into two separate transactions:
1st payment: The security deposit
2nd payment: The entry fee + the prorated first month’s rent
These payments are required at the time of signing the lease, after you have completed the reservation form.
1. The Security Deposit
Amount:
€950 in Paris
€800 in other cities
The security deposit is used to cover any potential damages or unpaid charges during your stay.
Refund Policy
If no damages or unpaid charges are identified at the end of your stay, the security deposit will be fully refunded within one month after the move-out inspection.
2. The Entry Fee
Amount:
€500 in Paris
€250 in other cities
What does this fee cover?
The entry fee covers:
Wellow services provided throughout your stay;
Setup costs for your arrival (room preparation, logistics, etc.).
Conditions
This fee is non-refundable.
It is included in the invoice for the prorated first month’s rent.
3. The Prorated First Month’s Rent
The first month’s rent is calculated prorated based on the lease start date within the month of your move-in.
Example:
If your lease starts on October 15th, you will only pay for the period from October 15th to October 31st.
Conditions
This payment must be made prior to your move-in, at the time of signing the lease.

Guarantor Options for International Tenants If you are an international tenant without access to a French guarantor, Wellow offers alternative solutions:
Wellow collaborates with third-party guarantor services such as GarantMe and SmartGarant
These services can act as your guarantor for the rental agreement
Additional fees and application processes may apply through these services
Key Collection Flexibility
While your lease will begin on the agreed start date, Wellow offers flexibility in key collection:
Keys are available from the first day of your renting contract ;
You have the option to collect your keys at a later date if you are unavailable on the lease start date ;
This flexibility applies to all Wellow properties ;
You will still be responsible for rent payments from the official lease start date ;
