At Wellow, we understand that your payment preferences may evolve over time. Whether you want to switch from manual payments to SEPA direct debit or vice versa, we’ve outlined a step-by-step guide to help you.


Switching from Manual Payment to SEPA Direct Debit

📲 Step 1: Access the Wellow Platform

  • Log in to your Wellow account.

  • Once logged in, you’ll land on the homepage with various options like "Events," "Photos," "Chat," etc. 👇


🔍 Step 2: Go to Your Profile

  • In the left-hand menu, click on "My Profile" to navigate to your profile page.


🛠️ Step 3: Update Your Payment Method

  • Scroll to the bottom of your profile page. You’ll see several options (Documents, Apartment Info, etc.), including the ability to update your payment method.

  • Click on "Modify My Payment Method."


📝 Step 4: Submit Your SEPA Request

  • On this page, you’ll find an explanation of SEPA direct debit and its benefits, along with a list of eligible SEPA countries.

  • Click on "Submit a SEPA Request."

  • A pop-up will appear where you can enter your IBAN and confirm authorization for SEPA direct debit.

  • Once done, click Submit to send your request to the Wellow team.


✅ Step 5: SEPA Confirmation

  • We aim to process your SEPA request promptly, ensuring it’s effective from the next billing cycle.

  • Once the direct debit is set up, you’ll receive a confirmation email like this: 👇


Switching from SEPA Direct Debit to Manual Payment

If you’re already using SEPA direct debit but wish to switch to manual payment, here’s how:

  • Contact us directly via email at [email protected] to request the change.

  • Our team will process your request and update your payment method accordingly. 😊
