Switching from Manual Payment to SEPA Direct Debit
📲 Step 1: Access the Wellow Platform
Log in to your Wellow account.
Once logged in, you’ll land on the homepage with various options like "Events," "Photos," "Chat," etc. 👇
🔍 Step 2: Go to Your Profile
In the left-hand menu, click on "My Profile" to navigate to your profile page.
🛠️ Step 3: Update Your Payment Method
Scroll to the bottom of your profile page. You’ll see several options (Documents, Apartment Info, etc.), including the ability to update your payment method.
Click on "Modify My Payment Method."
📝 Step 4: Submit Your SEPA Request
On this page, you’ll find an explanation of SEPA direct debit and its benefits, along with a list of eligible SEPA countries.
Click on "Submit a SEPA Request."
A pop-up will appear where you can enter your IBAN and confirm authorization for SEPA direct debit.
Once done, click Submit to send your request to the Wellow team.
✅ Step 5: SEPA Confirmation
We aim to process your SEPA request promptly, ensuring it’s effective from the next billing cycle.
