Overview
At Wellow, key collection is done in a self-service and convenient way thanks to digital tools. All tenants can access the necessary information through the Wellow app starting from the morning of their lease start date, making the process simple, flexible, and independent.
General instructions for key collection
Once your file is completed (including the lease signature and other administrative steps), you will receive an email inviting you to download the Wellow app.
The information about your pickup point (address, access code, opening hours) will be available in the app from the start date of your contract.
No appointment is needed; the collection is done at a pickup point or nearby shop.
Flexibility on timing and dates
You can access your accommodation at any time on your move-in day, including very early in the morning or late in the evening (depending on the pickup point’s opening hours).
If you cannot collect your keys on the first day, you may do so later, at a date that suits you.
You can also move in during the weekend, as long as you check the pickup point’s opening hours on the app.
If you notice that the pickup point will be closed at your arrival time, you can get in touch with your flatmates and ask them to collect your keys for you and welcome you directly at the apartment.
Detailed key collection process
Download the Wellow app once you are invited to do so.
On your move-in day, log in to your account and go to the “Start my journey” section in the app.
Get the precise details regarding:
The key collection location
The required pickup code
The opening hours
Go to the designated pickup point or shop and collect your keys with the code.
After entering the apartment, complete your inventory checklist via the app within 7 days.
