Booking a room with Wellow involves 4 steps:
Filling out the reservation questionnaire
Signing the lease and guarantee agreement, and paying the reservation fees
Confirmation of the reservation and access to the Wellow app
Key collection and self-guided move-in inspection
This article guides you through Step 3: confirming your reservation and accessing the Wellow app.
1. Receiving the Confirmation Email
Once you have signed the lease, the guarantee agreement (if applicable), and completed your payments, you will receive a third email confirming your reservation. This email contains a link to access the Wellow app.
What you need to know:
Wellow has it's own member App.
The app is downloadable from the stores (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
How it works:
Open the email titled “It’s official! Your reservation is confirmed”.
Download the Wellow app.
⚠️ If you don’t receive the email:
Check your spam folder.
Ensure the email address used is the same as the one provided during your reservation.
2. Accessing Your Account on the App
When you click on the link, you will be redirected to the app’s home page.


To access your account:
Use the same email address that you provided during your reservation.
Enter your email address and click to receive a PIN code in your inbox.
Enter the PIN code in the app to validate your account.
3. Accessing the Introduction Interface
🎉 You now have access to the Wellow app!


However, some features will remain unavailable until the start date of your lease. Until then, you will have access to a limited version of the app’s features.
What you can do in the meantime:
Access information about your apartment:
Address, apartment layout, access details, and information about private and shared services (via the “Apartment Article” button).
Prepare for your move-in (via the "Start My Journey" button):
Enable notifications;
Install the app on your device;
Customize your profile;
Access the chat to connect with your housemates.
Get ready to collect your keys: This feature will be unlocked on the start date of your lease.
4. Waiting for Your Lease Start Date to Collect Your Keys
Once you’ve completed the installation steps, you’ll be redirected to the key collection interface.

What you need to know:
Key collection information will only be available starting from the first day of your lease.
The keys will be deposited at a nearby shop close to your apartment.
