1. Wellow App
Why use the App?
The Wellow App is your go-to tool for managing your rental experience. It includes:
Administrative documents (contract, rent receipts, etc.)
Chat with the Wellow team and your housemates
Maintenance requests
Events and recommendations
How to access it?
Download the app from the stores (App Store or Play Store)
Use the email address you provided during registration to log in.
Enable notifications to ensure you don’t miss any important messages or updates.

2. Documents
What’s available?
All your essential documents (rental contract, CAF documents, rent receipts) are stored in a secure space, accessible only to you.
How to access it?
Log in to the App.
Go to My Profile > Click My Documents at the bottom of the page.
3. Chat with your flatmates and Other Members
Why use the chat?
The chat feature is the quickest way to:
Connect with your housemates
Start private or group conversations with other community members.
How to access it?
On the App, navigate to the left-hand menu or main page.
Click on Chat to start conversations.
4. Contact Wellow and submit Maintenance Requests
How to report an issue?
Through the App’s maintenance module, you can:
Contact the Wellow team
Submit a maintenance request
Track the status of your requests
Attach photos or videos to better illustrate the problem.
How to access it?
Go to the main page or left-hand menu.
Click on Maintenance and follow the steps to detail your issue.
5. Check-In (Move-In Inspection)
Why should you complete it?
The check-in process allows you to:
Verify the initial condition of the apartment and its equipment.
Report any damage or issues you notice upon arrival.
How to access it?
Log in to the App.
On the main page, a banner will prompt you to complete your check-in.
The banner remains active for 7 days after your move-in date. If not completed within this timeframe, the check-in will be automatically validated.
6. Check-Out (Notice and Move-Out Process)
Why use the App for this?
The departure process is fully automated. By completing the form, you can:
Specify your official departure date (minimum 30 days’ notice required).
Provide your bank details for the deposit refund.
How to access it?
Log in to the App.
Navigate to the left-hand menu or main page.
Click on Leave Us and complete the form in full.
7. Events and Community
