Wellow serves as the intermediary between tenants and landlords and ensures the proper functioning of the apartment. Here’s what Wellow handles:
Maintenance Coordination:
Managing communication with landlords for structural or major repairs (e.g., plumbing, electrical issues).
Coordinating with third-party contractors for complex repairs.
Regular Inspections:
Conducting routine checks on the property to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
Common Area Upkeep:
