It’s possible to shorten your legal 30-day notice period, provided you meet all the conditions below. Here’s the step-by-step process:
✅ Step 1: Check the room’s availability
First, send an email to [email protected] to confirm that no one has already booked your room for after your planned departure date.
🔎 Step 2: Find a replacement
You must find someone to take over your room starting the day after your desired departure date.
📂 Step 3: Complete application & fees paid
The replacement must:
Submit a complete application (all required supporting documents).
Pay all fees and sign the lease at least 5 business days before your desired departure date.
✅ If all 3 conditions are met:
→ Your notice period can be reduced.
→ The Wellow team will confirm by email once the replacement is validated.
