Do you need to extend your stay beyond your initially planned departure date? This is possible under certain conditions. Here’s how to request a later move-out date:
✅ Step 1: Check the room’s availability
You must make sure that no one has already booked your room after your original departure date.

💳 Step 2: Pay pro-rata rent
If the room has not been booked and an agreement is reached, you will need to pay the pro-rated rent for the additional days.
📅 Conditions to meet
The new departure date must fall on a working day (not on weekends or public holidays).
The request must be made as early as possible to guarantee availability.
Once all conditions are met, your new lease end date will be validated by the Wellow team.
