Wellow’s mission is to make housing more accessible for students and young professionals. Therefore, we do not apply any specific selection criteria to applications for our shared apartments.
In other words, we do not give preference to profiles based on financial or other criteria. We simply operate on a first come, first served basis.
In practical terms, the first confirmed reservation we receive allows us to secure the room.
We only verify that the future flatmate meets one of our three guarantee requirements, detailed here.
The goal is to ensure a simple, fast, and fair process, while maintaining good overall compatibility between flatmates.
